Based in Truro, Heart of the South Care Agency is committed to providing our clients with the best quality care, and pride ourselves on the high standards that we uphold within our staff team. It is important to us that we work closely with our clients and our staff to ensure all parties involved are happy.
From your first enquiry, to putting together a care plan and finding staff suitable for the role, we ensure that we work with you each step of the way to provide you with the perfect care package. You will be given the opportunity to meet any new potential staff members, and we encourage honest feedback.
We take pride in how we employ and monitor staff. By carrying our annual DBS checks, doing regular staff observations with the Team Leads, and having 1:1 supervisions and appraisals with our HR Manager we are able to monitor and ensure that our high standards are being maintained.
We regularly keep in contact with our clients to ensure they are happy with the service we provide, and update care plans accordingly. Before sending staff to our clients, we carry out a very detailed care risk assessment to make sure that both you and our staff are kept safe, and that you have any equipment required for them to be able to assist you safely and in line with health and safety guidelines.
